In this workshop you will examine the process of creating illumination in a figure painting. Working with acrylic paint and non-toxic amber shellac, participants will examine how principles of color temperature can be utilized in painting to create illumination that defines form. This workshop will be taught by Rochester-area artist and educator Tom Galambos, who is included in the current exhibition Painters Painting Painters.
